SAVE THE DATE!! This event is FREE and open to the PUBLIC!!

Students for Recovery in collaboration with the Collegiate Recovery Program at the University of Michigan , UM-CAPS, Dawn Farm, and the Washtenaw Alano Club will be hosting a reception and viewing of The Anonymous People on September 24th. The reception starts at 5pm and Movie starts at 6pm. We will fill you in with more information as we work out the details.


The Anonymous People is A FEATURE DOCUMENTARY FILM about the 23.5 million Americans living in long-term recovery, the emerging public recovery movement that will transform how alcohol and other drug problems are dealt with in our communities.

Canton Candlelight Celebrates 5 Years

On Thursday September 26 at 8:30 pm edt (-4 GMT), my home group Canton Candlelight, will celebrate 5 years of meetings. We invite you to help us celebrate. Barak will be our Open Talk speaker and he will share his experience strength and hope in recovery. There will be pizza, chicken, salad, refreshments and we ask that you bring a dish to pass. This party will be at the PC Alano located at 5936 Sheldon Road in Canton, Michigan.
