Show Notes:
Blame can be a destructive force in recovery, hindering personal growth and preventing individuals from taking responsibility for their actions. When individuals blame others for their problems, they avoid confronting their shortcomings and fail to address the root causes of their addiction. This can lead to a cycle of resentment, anger, and self-pity, which can ultimately trigger relapse.
Tonight, we talk about Blame.
