As we grow and practice acceptance towards ourselves we’re able to be more accepting of others. When we make peace with the fact that everything is exactly the way it is supposed to be in the present moment, we can make peace with the variables of life around us, including other people. Compassion gives us the ability to grow in our own regard, while we also aid in others’ personal journey to self-acceptance.
