Sobriety is Inexhaustible – Recovered 1200

Then, there is a strength beyond comprehension.
There is no fear so intense that sobriety cannot bring relief, no relationship so twisted that peace is not imaginable, no noise of life so loud that harmony is not possible.
The truth is paradoxical and hidden in plain sight.
I do not know who created the principles we use; it appears they are a part of all conceptions of a loving God.
Tonight, we talk about how Sobriety is Inexhaustible.

Nor do we brag of our accomplishments, spiritual or material.
We use our experience to put others at ease.
We show, by example, how our lives have improved.
In turn, those desiring sobriety will choose a similar path, just as they are being shown.
Everything falls into place the more we practice this way of life.
Tonight, we talk about Living By Example.

Surrender Sick of Being Sick and Love – Recovered 1196

Instead, it’s about stopping the desire to control things and accepting things for what they are.
Feeling sick of being sick can motivate a desire for change. That surrender frees up a lot of willpower for surrender that was previously dedicated toward our disease.
If you want to feel good and you want to love yourself, engage in activities which allow you to support others. In doing so, you begin to discover purpose in your personal life and enhance your recovery experience of continuous healing and positive growth.
Tonight, we talk about Surrender, Sick of Being Sick, and Love.
